Update your Payment Methods

This guide is made to help you add or update your Payment Methods.

What is a payment method?

A Payment Method refers to the way you can pay for ConvertLoop’s services. There are two Payment Methods:

  1. Monthly Payments with your Credit Card

  2. Buying Credits

Monthly Payments with your Credit Card

To choose the Monthly Payments with your Credit Card, follow these steps:

  • Sign In to your ConvertLoop account
  • Choose the App whose payment method you are defining
  • Go to Settings, then go to Billing
  • Click on Update Payment details
  • Add your Credit Card information that is required

Once you do this, every month, the monthly fee will be charged on the Credit Card that you supplied.

Buying Credits

Buying Credits is ConvertLoop’s Prepaid option. When you choose this Payment Method, you get Free Extra Credits depending on the amount of Credits that you purchase.

To buy credits, follow these steps:

  • Sign In to your ConvertLoop account
  • Choose the App whose payment method you are defining
  • Go to Settings, then go to Billing
  • Click on the Add Credit option
  • Select the amount you want to buy
  • Select the payment method for your Credits, which means adding a new Credit Card, or paying with a Credit Card that you’ve already added

Every month, the monthly fee for this App will be deducted from the Credits that you have purchased for said App.

The Payment Method that you choose applies only to the ConvertLoop App that you selected

  • Remember that the Credits and the Credit Cards that you added in Billing Details apply only to the ConvertLoop App that you selected. You must select a Payment Method for each one of the ConvertLoop Apps that you have. </li>
  • If you have any Apps for Testing purposes only (and not for communicating with your users), you can change that App's Status to "Development" to avoid getting charged for it. Click here to learn how.
